Micado offers its clients an extensive range of training services to ease the implementation and use of Micado solutions. Our team of experienced trainers is ready to deliver a range of training courses that will maximise your investment through increased user adoption, reduced dependency on technical support and increased effectiveness of your implemented solution.

Characteristics of Micado’s Training Services:

1. Facilitated by Experts

As Micado’s solutions are tailored and unique to each clients’ needs, we offer our clients training sessions which are led by our expert consultants who have been involved with the project from the initiation, through the development to the implementation phase, as these consultants clearly have the best knowledge of the solution and its functions.

2. Small classes

Micado’s training courses are generally held in small classes (usually kept below seven students)

3. Customisation of Training

Optional customisation of training to meet your requirements (duration of classes, use of your own data sets to create reports required by your organisation)

4. Post Event Evaluation

Micado usually conducts a post event evaluation of the training to ensure a continuously improved service to our clients.

Course Description:

This training course is designed for administrative users to cover the fundamentals of administering Micado’s BI platform. This course covers everything that administrative users need to know to utilise all system functionalities and capabilities. When this course is complete, students will have gained the skills to:

• configure users and the system’s operating framework
• create powerful reports
• customise entities
• set security permissions
• manage KPIs and scorecards

The knowledge gained in this course will enable the students and their managers to analyse organisational performance and track business objectives.

Course Setup Requirements:

Micado’s training courses are typically held at the client’s site. In case the required infrastructure is not available at our client's site, a suitable third party training venue would be used. To run the course, students will require access to computers running Windows® XP SP2 (or later), have at least 2 GB of RAM, either Internet Explorer 6 (or later) or Firefox Version 3 (or later) and fast broadband internet access.
